A long, comprehensive and sports full-day canyon<\/strong>: arrival, getting ready, taking the rack railway and visiting the Shrine of N\u00faria and its lake to then refresh ourselves at San Gil\u2019s hermitage fountain; a 40 minute walk downhill; getting equipped, briefing, minimum of a 4 hour water itinerary<\/strong> and a 30 minute downhill return to cars.<\/p>\n

This is an intermediate level water descent<\/strong> with many possible activities which is divided into three sections; with water abseils up to 25 metres<\/strong>, handrails<\/strong>, several jumps up to 11 metres high<\/strong> with the possibility of avoiding the highest ones, several slides up to 14 metres long<\/strong>, some of which with chute jump<\/strong> at their end, easy down-climbing stretches, simple rock climbing stretches in the middle of a chaos of rock blocks<\/strong>, surrounded by rich vegetation and pools where one can swim.<\/p>\n

No previous experience is required but normal physical condition is recommended. You must be able to swim. From 14 years old<\/strong> and adults.
