Guarded by the breathtaking Shrine of Núria, this is a sports canyon with water everywhere, sculpted in granite rocks and surrounded by incredible landscapes. Along the entire itinerary, we shall find all that can be expected from a great canyon descent, with unique experiences such as Bebé slide, Sastre jump and Olla chute.

GORGES THE NÚRIA INTEGRAL

A long, comprehensive and sports full-day canyon: arrival, getting ready, taking the rack railway and visiting the Shrine of Núria and its lake to then refresh ourselves at San Gil’s hermitage fountain; a 40 minute walk downhill; getting equipped, briefing, minimum of a 4 hour water itinerary and a 30 minute downhill return to cars.

This is an intermediate level water descent with many possible activities which is divided into three sections; with water abseils up to 25 metres, handrails, several jumps up to 11 metres high with the possibility of avoiding the highest ones, several slides up to 14 metres long, some of which with chute jump at their end, easy down-climbing stretches, simple rock climbing stretches in the middle of a chaos of rock blocks, surrounded by rich vegetation and pools where one can swim.

No previous experience is required but normal physical condition is recommended. You must be able to swim. From 14 years old and adults. It is necessary that minors are accompanied by an adult member of the family, tutor or responsible person.

· Prices are per person, including VAT.
· Núria + Cremallera. It includes rack railway ticket from Queralbs to Núria (preu: 15,50€).
· Regulated canyon, to the Parc Natural Vall de Núria. Includes access permit to descend the canyon the permisson.
· Health Assistance Insurance including rescue and transfer.
· Liability Insurance.
· Photographic report, free on Bavaresa Guías de La Cerdanya’s Facebook (with your previous consent regarding what is provided by the Law on Image Rights), which can be sent by email to you upon a 10 € fee per each group booking.
· 2 piece wetsuits with extra protections and hood, chest guard and a 5 mm. jacket.
· Additionally, 2 mm thermal short wetsuit for thinner kids.
· Canyoning Boots.
· Thermal Lycra t-shirt although it is recommended that you take your own for better size adjustment.
· Thick neoprene socks.
· Neoprene gloves if necessary.
· Full canyoning harness with seat, descender and lanyards.
· Canyoning approved helmet.
· Group material, rucksacks, ropes, first aid and emergency phone.
· 10 participants at the most per guide.
· Certified professional guide.
ROUTE TO THE NÚRIAGET TO THE STOREOTHER SIMILAR CANYONS

SHOULD TAKE

· Trunks and swimsuit to wear while we walk and under the wetsuit. Ladies can also wear sports shorts.
· Towel or Bathrobe.
· Sun block.
· For those wearing glasses, it is recommended to tie them with a ribbon or refrain from wearing them.
· For those using contact lens it is recommended to wear goggles for protection.
· You can take energy bars to eat after the initial walk but just those you will definitely eat.
· Take at least half a litre of waterer person in a single-use plastic bottle. No plastic or metal canteens.
· You must have a good breakfast before the activity.
· It is recommended to take your own food and drink to be consumed after the activity.
· Come in your own car to travel to the activity’s car park.
